Another agent was able to edit an issue in FootPrints even though you had it locked for editing

Symptoms

Even though the Edit Lock feature is enabled in your FootPrints workspace, one agent was able to edit an issue in the GUI while another agent was also editing the issue in the GUI.

Cause

BMC has confirmed this to be a bug in FootPrints Service Core 11.6.09.
