Banner Document Management Index has frozen while trying to index.

Change the status of the batch from indexing to idle.

1) Select the batch from the batch list.

2) Click the icon at the top of the screen.

3) Change the status from indexing to idle.

OUTCOME

This will open the batch and you can continue to index in Banner Document Management.
