FootPrints Service Core export report is not showing all results


Symptoms

When attempting to run an "Export" report style in FootPrints Service Core, the export file does not show all results for the report criteria.

TIP: You can verify if you are having this problem by running the same report in the "Columns" and the "Export" style and compare the result number. If the report ran as a "Columns" style has more results than the report ran as a "Export" style, you are most likely experiencing this issue.

Resolution

1) Hover over "Reports." Then, click My Reports.

2) Choose the report that you would like to edit in the drop-downs available.

3) Click Edit. Then, click Go.

4) Click the Formatting Tab.

5) Change the "Data Encoding" drop-down to UTF-8 with Signature (MS Excel Compatible).
