Problems signing in to Skype for Business at TTU due to using consumer version of Skype software


Cause

You may be attempting to sign in to the consumer version of the Skype software. The sign-in screen for the consumer versions look similar to the following:

Resolution

Make sure you are using Skype for Business to sign in to TTU Unified Communications rather than Skype.


OUTCOME

You will be able to sign in successfully.
