Multiple PIDMs exist for same person in Banner


Errors in data entry may cause multiple records for the same person to exist in Banner (multiple PIDMs).


Automated processes attempt to identify and prevent multiple Banner records from being created, but this is not always possible due to differences between systems and human error. Contact ITĀ Help Central for assistance in consolidating multiple PIDMs for the same person.


Once the PIDMs are consolidated, you will be able to access IT services normally.
