Errors in data entry in Banner may cause multiple records to exist for the same person in Banner General Person (multiple PIDMs).

Automated processes attempt to identify and prevent multiple Banner records from being created, but this is not always possible due to differences between systems and human error. Contact IT Help Central for assistance in consolidating multiple PIDMs for the same person.
