While connected to a TTUnet wired or wireless connection, you are unable to establish a VPN connection to a third-party VPN service.

The TTU firewall is configured to block outgoing VPN connections from the TTU network. This includes the residence halls and the general academic campus network.

Contact the IT administrators of the resource which you are trying to access. Inquire what must be done to allow access to that resource without a VPN connection.

If you need to connect to the VPN connection in order to conduct TTU business or serve a TTU academic need, please ask your NSC to submit a firewall change request. A task will be assigned to the firewall administrators to review the configuration request.
