You are connected to the TTUnet wired network but unable to connect to TTUnet VPN.

This is by design.

You cannot connect to the TTUnet VPN if you are already connected to the TTUnet network through a wired connection on the general academic campus. You can only connect to VPN if you are off campus, in the residence halls, connected to Wi-Fi, etc. This is because the purpose of VPN is to allow you to connect to the TTUnet network from a different network. If your computer is already connected to the TTUnet general campus network with a wired connection, there is no reason to use VPN because you can already access all of the systems needed.

There is no known resolution at this time. The systems are working as expected.
