1) Verify if others get the same error when trying to add this person as a member to a Microsoft Team.

2) If others can replicate this problem, contact IT Help Central and provide the following details:

  • eRaider username
  • TechMail address
  • What team are they receiving this error in?
  • Does it happen in the desktop app, web app, or both?

Outcome

IT Help Central will assign a request in your name to Microsoft Teams administrators to research further.
