Symptoms
When you save an issue in FootPrints, the "Most Recent Description & Resolution" gets updated even though you didn't click inside the field and make any changes. This has the effect of showing that the previous person's update to an issue was made by you.
Cause
There is a bug in FootPrints Service Core 11.6.x.
Resolution
There is no known resolution at this time.
Workaround
1) Click Preferences in the upper right-hand corner of your FootPrints home screen.
2) Under the Issue Page tab, disable the setting labeled "Edit Most Recent Description & Resolution". Then, click SAVE.
TIP: If you need to edit the Most Recent Description & Resolution occasionally, you may re-enable this setting temporarily, edit the issue in question, and then disable the setting in Preferences again.
