Missing templates or documents in Adobe Sign after email alias change


Symptoms

When signing in to Adobe Sign, you no longer see documents or templates that used to be associated with your account. You also recently changed your email alias (e.g., jane.doe@ttu.edu changed to jane.smith@ttu.edu).
