Error: "Access Denied" when attempting to sign in to NIH electronic Research Administration (eRA) modules


When trying to sign in to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) electronic Research Administration (eRA) modules, you receive the following message:

Login to NIH systems requires multi-factor authentication (MFA). Either your institution does not support multi-factor authentication, or your institution has not enabled your account for multi-factor authentication. Please contact your local IT department at Telecommunications Network Systems to inquire about the ability to support multi-factor authentication for your account.
