The website to which you are attempting to authenticate was not recognized by the eRaider Web Sign-in (eRWS) service as being an authorized webapp.

Check with the developer of the website or with the department/college sponsoring the application. An error may have been made in the coding/development of the website such that it is not compliant with eRWS standards.
