Error: "Sorry, the account used to log in is not managed by eRaider" when trying to sign in to eRaider Web Sign-In (eRWS) with a domain-only account


Symptoms

When trying to log in to eRaider Web Sign-in with a domain-only account, you receive the following error:

Sorry, the account used to log in is not managed by eRaider

Cause

You cannot use eRaider Web Sign-in with an account that only exists on the TTU or TTUHSC domain (e.g., a functional or service account).

Resolution

Try signing in using your personal eRaider account.


OUTCOME

You will be able to access the service.
