Symptoms
You receive the following error message when attempting to sign in using your eRaider account, obtain a code for legacy two-factor authentication (2FA), or use any other eRaider service:
An error has occured during authentication. Please close all your browser windows and try again. If the problem persists, contact your institution's appropriate Help Desk.
NOTE: The word "occurred" is truly misspelled in the error message in the eRaider system. It is not a mistake in this article, as we are simply documenting the error as is happens.
