When attempting to set up a new eRaider account, you receive the following message:

An error occured during Account Set-Up. Please return to http://eraider.ttu.edu/acctsetup and try again. -

Please try to set up your eRaider account again using the same setup code you received before.

There is a chance that your account may have already been created. If so, you may receive an error telling you this when attempting to set up your account again. In this case, you may need to recover your account credentials:

• Look up your eRaider username.
• Use the password that you submitted during the original account setup. If this does not work, or you do not remember the password, follow the Forgot Password process.

If you encounter any further problems, please submit a sign-in assistance request and provide as many of the following details as possible:

• Exact date and time when the error occurred.
• Screenshot of the error.
• The full website address from your browser's address bar.
• The browser name and exact version you were using.
• Your operating system name and exact version number.
• Basic details about the account you were attempting to set up, such as legal first name, legal last name, and date of birth.
