Error: "An error occured during Account Set-Up" when setting up a new eRaider account


When attempting to set up a new eRaider account, you receive the following message:

An error occured during Account Set-Up. Please return to and try again. -

Please contact IT Help Central and provide as many of the following details as possible:

  • Exact date and time when the error occurred.
  • Screenshot of the error.
  • The full website address from your browser's address bar.
  • The browser name and exact version you were using.
  • Your operating system name and exact version number.
  • Basic details about the account you were attempting to set up, such as legal first name, legal last name, and date of birth.


IT Help Central and eRaider system administrators will investigate the matter and provide assistance.
