Error: "Account is not active" when signing in using your eRaider account


Symptoms

When attempting to sign in to your eRaider account, you receive the following error:

Cause

CauseĀ #1

The account owner has never gone through the initial account setup process.

CauseĀ #2

The account's password and contact phone number were erased by support personnel, due to a request from the account owner, and after verifying the account owner's identity.

Resolution

Go through the account setup process.

Outcome

You are able to sign in to your account.
