Symptoms
You receive the following message when attempting to set up your eRaider account:
Incorrect Email Code Entered
Cause
The email verification code that you typed did not match information in the eRaider database.
Resolution
Check your contact email account again to verify that the code is correct.
If you continue to receive the error message, you may use your browser's back button to go back to the previous screen and try again. The system will send you a new code for verification.
Outcome
You are able to finish setting up your eRaider account.
Workaround
The eRaider system does not require a contact email address. You may leave the email fields blank and continue with the account setup.
