Error: "Enter a valid PHONE NUMBER" when setting up your eRaider account


Symptoms

You receive the following message when attempting to set up your eRaider account using a non-USA phone number:

Enter a valid PHONE NUMBER

Cause

This is a known bug in the eRaider system.

Resolution

There is no known resolution at this time.

Workaround

Type a USA phone number without the country code or any special characters.

Outcome

You will be able to continue with the new account setup process.
