Error: "NOT TTU or TTUHSC" during the eRaider account setup process


Symptoms

You receive the following error when setting up your eRaider account:

* NOT TTU or TTUHSC

Cause

The eRaider system requires an alternate email address that is not from TTU or TTUHSC.

Resolution

Use an email address that does not end in @ttu.edu or @ttuhsc.edu.

OUTCOME

You will be able to continue with the eRaider setup process
