Error: "NOT TTU or TTUHSC" during the eRaider account setup process


Symptoms

You receive the following error when setting up your eRaider account:

* NOT TTU or TTUHSC

Cause

The eRaider system requires an alternate email address that is not from TTU, TTUHSC, or TTUHSC El Paso.

Resolution

Use an email address that does not end in @ttu.edu or @ttuhsc.edu.

Outcome

You are able to continue with the eRaider setup process
