Error: "You have not set contact information" when looking up your eRaider username


Symptoms

You receive the following message when attempting to use the Forgot username feature at https://eraider.ttu.edu.

You have not set contact information. Please contact your institution's IT customer support department.

Cause

You have not set a contact phone number for your eRaider account. Most likely, this is because your eRaider account has not been set up yet.

Resolution

Go through the process to set up your account for the first time.


OUTCOME

The setup process will prompt you for contact information.
