You receive the following error message in the eRaider system:

You have encountered an error in the system. If problems persist, please contact the IT Help Desk at your institution.

This can occur if you attempt to change your email address to the same as your existing email address, but you did not change the case of your display name at all. Therefore, there were no changes for the system to make.

The error has also happened when attempting to set a contact phone number that is not a valid number.

Finally, this might occur for other unknown reasons. It is a generic error message to handle problems that are not accounted for by specific messages.

IT Customer Experience will investigate the problem and may involve eRaider administrators, as necessary.
