Symptoms
When typing your credentials into an eRaider authenticated website and clicking Sign in, the page reloads with the username and password fields blank.
Cause
Your browser may have JavaScript or cookies disabled. Even enabling your browser to accept third-party cookies may be required in some cases, depending on the website to which you are authenticating.
Resolution
Check your browser's settings to ensure that JavaScript is enabled and that cookies are enabled. If cookies are enabled, try enabling third-party cookies.
