Error: "We can't verify your subscription status" in Adobe software on Windows


You receive the following message in your Adobe software:

We're still having connection problems

We can't verify your subscription status.

We can't reach the Adobe servers. This may be because you're not connected to the internet. Check your connection status and try again below. If you're still having issues, please see our connectivity troubleshooting guide.

No Internet connection

When a device with the Adobe Acrobat shared device license package loses network connectivity for more than a few minutes, the software becomes inaccessible with an error message reading, "We can't verify your subscription status."


Check to ensure that the device has an active Internet connection status.

Upon establishing an active Internet connection for the device, re-launch Acrobat or restart the system to verify that the error message has dissapeared.
