Error: "Xtender account currently disabled" when signing in to Xtender


You receive the following message when attempting to access Xtender:

Xtender account currently disabled


When a faculty or staff member changes departments, it is policy for their Banner access (including Xtender) to lock. Their level of access to the various systems is left in place, but it is simply temporarily disabled. Information Systems, Enterprise Application Security (IS EAS) needs justification from the customer's supervisor in the new department that they need the same access as their previous position before IS EAS can unlock the account.


Follow the standard procedure for Xtender access requests to reinstate access.
