portal.texastech.edu sent an invalid response.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
Cause
Malwarebytes is blocking the site and claiming that it contains riskware.
Resolution
1) Open Malwarebytes.
2) Click Settings.
3) Click Web Exclusions.
4) Click Add Domain.
5) Enter "www.raiderlink.ttu.edu".
6) Click Add Domain to add another domain.
7) Enter "raiderlink.ttu.edu".
8) Click Add Domain to add another domain.
9) Enter "portal.texastech.edu".
OUTCOME
The error will no longer appear when accessing Raiderlink.
