Unable to connect to TTUHSC VPN from the network at TTU
Cause
The network and firewall configuration between TTU and TTUHSC prohibits the establishment of VPN connections from the TTU network to the TTUHSC network.
Resolution
Contact the IT help desk for your institution and provide the details of why you are attempting to use a VPN connection. IT personnel may be able to help you find a solution which does not require VPN. For instance, if your application requires specific ports to be open in the firewall between TTU and TTUHSC, help desk personnel may be able to assist you with petitioning network administrators to modify the firewall.
