You receive the following error message when attempting to access Raiderlink:
Your information is not yet available in Banner. Come back tomorrow as user information gets updated every night. If the problem persists, submit a ticket to IT Help Central.
Cause
Your information has not been updated in Banner to reflect your current affiliation.
Resolution
Please wait 24-48 hours for the system to reflect the correct information. If the problem persists, please contact IT Help Central.
