Symptoms
When trying to access specific PowerPoint slides or PDFs in Blackboard, you may get a prompt to sign in. Often, when you try to use your eRaider username or password, it will not accept it and keeps prompting. Sometimes, it will stop asking and just show you a blank white document.
Cause
Blackboard has reported problems with rendering files within Chrome.
Resolution
There is no known resolution at this time.

If your browser has an option to download the PDF in the top-right hand corner, download the file and then you should be able to view the file contents.

Use Firefox.
