Error: "You do not have access to the system" when signing in to the Large File Transfer Service


Symptoms

When signing in to the Large File Transfer Service, you receive the following message:

You do not have access to the system. If you think it is a mistake, please contact IT Help Central at (806) 742-4357.

Cause

Your eRaider account was not recognized as having a current faculty or staff affiliation with TTUS or TTU.

Resolution

If you are a new faculty or staff member at TTU or TTUS, it may take a few days for your records to reflect the correct affiliation and allow access. Please wait and try again later. For further assistance, please contact IT Help Central.

If your account is only affiliated with TTUHSC or TTUHSC El Paso, please contact your IT service desk to inquire about an alternative to the Large File Transfer Service:

Alternatives to the Large File Transfer Service exist at TTU for sending large files. Please view the list of options.

Outcome

You are able to send or receive large files.
