1) Try using a different web browser. If you do not have another web browser or this step does not work, continue to the next step.

2) Clear the cache and cookies in your current web browser.

3) Open a new tab and browse to https://eraider.ttu.edu. Then, click Forgot Password.

The link will direct you to the "Forgot Password" page.

Browse to the following link, which is a direct link to the forgot password tool:

You can also access this link by changing the word "username" to "password" in both instances.
