When you click a presentation link inside of the Blackboard course, you are redirected to the Blackboard course page.

NOTE: Only the owner of the course can access the Control Panel to get this fixed. Please get in contact with your course instructor if you are a student experiencing this problem.

1) Sign in to Blackboard Learn.

2) Open the course that is experiencing the problem.

3) On the left-hand side, click Control Panel.

4) Click Course Tools.

5) Click Mediasite Options.

6) Without making any changes to the settings, click Submit.

OUTCOME

Mediasite links will no longer redirect you to the Blackboard Learn course page.
