This may be due to TTU firewall settings that may inhibit communications to external servers.

To ensure security and reliability of the various TTU network, the TTU border firewall restricts some modes of connectivity used by software (including games) that may be connecting to external locations using methods and protocols not permitted.

If there is a need for changes to the TTU firewall for academic or business purposes, a firewall exception request may be submitted.

OUTCOME

Once the request has been submitted, system administrators will review it and proceed with any adjustments, if approved.
