Error: "Information Entered Does Not Match Existing Records - 001" when setting up your eRaider account

Symptoms

You receive the following message when trying to set up a new eRaider account:

Information Entered Does Not Match Existing Records - 001

Cause

The setup code you typed was within correct parameters (only numbers, and between 6-8 digits). However, the code did not match the code on file in the eRaider records for your account.

Resolution

Type the correct setup code for your account. Then, click Confirm.

TIP: When typing the code, double-check it against what was provided to you by Texas Tech University.
