Symptoms
You receive the following message when trying to set up a new eRaider account:
Information Entered Does Not Match Existing Records - 001
Cause
The setup code you typed was within correct parameters (only numbers, and between 6-8 digits). However, the code did not match the code on file in the eRaider records for your account.
Resolution
Type the correct setup code for your account. Then, click Confirm.
TIP: When typing the code, double-check it against what was provided to you by Texas Tech University. Also ensure there are no extra spaces before or after the code.
Outcome
You are able to complete the eRaider account setup process.
