Your Unified Communications phone or headset has stopped functioning.


Hardware problem/failure


If you wish to purchase new equipment, please see How to: Order a desktop phone for a Unified Communications user. If you have a desktop phone or headset that is used for TTU Unified Communications (UC) and that device needs a repair or replacement due to hardware failure, please contact IT Help Central for assistance. The device must have been purchased through Telecommunications at TTU.

NOTE: UC devices are owned by the department, not leased. The annual UC fee does not cover new or replacement devices. This is similar to other peripherals such as printers, mice, keyboards, etc.
