You receive the following message when attempting to set a contact email address in eRaider Account Manager:

Cannot be @ttu or @ttuhsc

The email address you input cannot end in @ttu.edu or @ttuhsc.edu.

NOTE: There is a known bug in the eRaider system which prevents using any email address containing "ttu" or "ttuhsc", regardless of where those text strings appear in the address. The bug has been reported to eRaider administrators as of July 6, 2017.

Input an email address which does not contain the text "ttu" or "ttuhsc".

Outcome

You will be able to set a contact email address on your eRaider account.
