Error: "Incorrect user name or password" in Citrix Workspace for Mac


Symptoms

You receive the following message in Citrix Workspace in macOS:

Incorrect user name or password

Cause

You did not enter your username in the format ttu\your_eRaider_username.

Resolution

1) Click OK on the error message window.

2) Sign in using your eRaider credentials. Be sure to type ttu\ in front of your username.

NOTE: You must type your eRaider username, not your TechMail address.

OUTCOME

You will no longer receive the error message in Citrix Workspace stating "Incorrect user name or password".
