Symptoms
You receive the following message on your Mac:
Your password has expired for network "TTUnet"
Cause
Your eRaider password has expired in accordance with the published password expiration process.
Resolution
No one at Texas Tech University or from anywhere else should ask for your password.
Set a new eRaider password using either the Change Password or Forgot Password option.
NOTE: You cannot use the screen presented by your Mac to set a new password. You must go through the eRaider system to change your password.
OUTCOME
After waiting five minutes, you will be able to successfully connect to the TTUnet Wi-Fi network using the new password.
