Symptoms
Some services may be missing when you sign in to eRaider Account Manager.
For example, the following services may be unavailable:
- Software Download
- MyWeb
Access to others may also be affected.
NOTE: You may find that you can still access MyWeb services as normal, but the option to activate it as a new user will simply be removed from eRaider Account Manager.
Cause
Access to IT services is functioning as intended. If you are on academic suspension, you may lose access to certain IT services.
Resolution
Resolve the suspension.
OUTCOME
Access to the services should return automatically once the suspension is lifted.
