Error: "The Department/Reception Phone Number below is different than your department's main number" in eRaider Account Manager


Symptoms

You receive the message below in eRaider Account Manager under the TTU Active Directory screen.

The Department/Reception Phone Number below is different than your department's main number. To set your Department/Reception number to (806) 742-1111 click the Sync button and then Update Information.

NOTE: The phone number in the message will vary based on department.

Cause

The department/reception phone number is different than your department's main number.

Resolution

Click Sync and then Update Information to fix the Department/Reception Phone Number field.

1) Click the Sync button.

2) Click Update Information.

Click Update Information


OUTCOME

You should receive a message stating, "Active Directory Update Successful!"
