You receive the following message while using the Microsoft Remote Desktop app for iPhone or iPad:

Your session was disconnected.

You have been disconnected because another connection was made to the remote PC.

Error code: 0x5

You were connected to a remote computer, but someone else signed in to the computer. When the other person connected, your session was ended.

If you wish to remain connected to the remote computer uninterrupted, make sure that no one else is using it during your session.
