Error: "MATCH" when setting up your eRaider account

Symptoms

You receive the following error message when setting up your eRaider account:

Cause

You have either mistyped the contact phone number or the contact email address.

Resolution

If the error message appears next to the contact phone number fields, check to ensure that you typed them exactly the same. If the error message appears next to the contact email address fields, check to ensure that you typed them exactly the same.

Outcome

The error message disappears automatically when the typed information matches, and you are able to continue with the eRaider account setup process.
