Symptoms

Unable to send or receive TechMail on iPhone or iPad

Cause

You changed your password in the eRaider system but have yet to re-authenticate in the Settings app on your device.

Resolution

No one at Texas Tech University or from anywhere else should ask for your password.

Go to the Settings app and authorize your TechMail account to ensure that it's verified.


OUTCOME

You can send and receive TechMail on your iPhone or iPad.
