Error: "Cannot Add Account" in Citrix Workspace on your iPhone


Symptoms

You receive the following message in Citrix Workspace on your iPhone:

Cannot Add Account

All stores in the discovery document have been loaded.

Cause

You attempted to sign in using your TechMail address as the username.

Resolution

Sign in using your eRaider username as the username and your eRaider password as the password.

NOTE: Type your username in the format ttu\your_eRaider_username (e.g., ttu\jdoe).

OUTCOME

You are able to use Citrix Workspace without receiving the error message.
