Prompted for verification code when using eRaider "Forgot Username" tool


When attempting to retrieve your eRaider username, you are prompted to verify your identity using a code sent either via phone call or text message.


Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an additional layer of security added to the authentication process. If you wish to look up the username for your account, you will be prompted for verification first.


Check your phone number for a voice call or text message (SMS) from the eRaider verification system. Enter this verification code into the appropriate field during the "Forgot Username" process in order to verify your identity.


You will be able to retrieve your eRaider username.
