Unable to reset eRaider password due to not knowing or not remembering the contact information


You do not have access to the contact phone number stored in your eRaider account, or the contact number stored in eRaider for your account is incorrect.


No one at Texas Tech University or from anywhere else should ask for your password.

Update your contact phone number in eRaider Account Manager.

If you are unable to sign in to eRaider Account Manager because your password is expired or you do not know the current password, please contact TTU IT Help Central for TTU accounts, the TTUHSC IT Solution Center for TTUHSC accounts, or the IT department in El Paso for TTUHSC El Paso accounts.


The appropriate IT service desk team will assist you with the process of verifying your identity to help you gain access to your eRaider account.
