Unable to reset eRaider password due to incorrect or inaccessible contact phone number


Symptoms

Unable to reset eRaider password due to not knowing or not remembering the contact information

Cause

You do not have access to the contact phone number stored in your eRaider account, or the contact number stored in eRaider for your account is incorrect.

Resolution

No one at Texas Tech University or from anywhere else should ask for your password.

Update your contact phone number in eRaider Account Manager.

If you are unable to sign in to eRaider Account Manager because your password is expired or you do not know the current password, please contact IT Help Central.

Outcome

IT Help Central will assist you with gaining access to your eRaider account.
