Error: "Contact Phone Pending Verification!" in eRaider Account Manager


Symptoms

You receive the following message in eRaider Account Manager:

Contact Phone Pending Verification!

The screen may appear similar to the following:

Cause

You have entered a contact phone number into the eRaider system to be used for account notifications, but you have not verified the number yet.

Resolution

You should have received a code from the eRaider system. Check your text messages for the phone number that you entered and type in the verification code you received into the field labeled "Phone Code," and click Verify. If you chose to receive a voice call instead of a text message, type the code you received in the automated voice call.

Outcome

You have successfully verified your contact phone number.
