You receive the following message when attempting to set up your eRaider account:

Incorrect Phone/SMS Code Entered

The Phone/SMS Verification Code you typed did not match information in the eRaider database.


Check the text messaging app on your mobile device again to verify that the code is correct.

If you continue to receive the error message, you may use your browser's back button to go back to the previous screen and try again. The system will send you a new code for verification.


You will be able to continue setting up your eRaider account.
