You get the following error when you try to access Grade Center in Blackboard Learn:

Access Denied

Either you are not logged in or you do not have the appropriate privileges to perform this action. You may have access to other parts of the course.

1) Open your Blackboard environment through Mozilla Firefox. If prompted for authentication, sign in using your eRaider username and password.

2) From the Courses tab, type the affected course name or course number and click Go.

3) Click the appropriate course ID.

4) Click Control Panel, and then click Customization.

5) Click Tool Availability.

6) Make sure to select the 1st check box for "Grade Center".

7) Click Submit.

8) Wait for few seconds and refresh the page.

Outcome

You will be able to access Grade Center successfully in Blackboard Learn.
