When requesting a live shell for Blackboard Learn, you may receive the following message:
No instructor with specified eRaider found.
Cause
When requesting the live shell, you are typing your TechID number instead of your eRaider username.
Resolution
Type your eRaider username (e.g., jdoe) instead of your TechID.
OUTCOME
You are able to request your live shell.
