  • Only sign in to one Raiderlink session at a time. Do not use multiple browsers to try and find a way around this. If you sign into multiple browsers, regardless of the type, you will experience problems using the system.
  • If the system seems slow and unresponsive, the best thing to do is to let it continue to load. Closing the browser and opening a new one or a second one will not correct the issue but in fact may make it worse.
